1- Applications for engineering licenses

1. Application for new building on uninhabited (deserted) land.
2. Application for licensing added parts on an existing building.
3. Application for additional building (extra floors) on the existing building.
4. Application for adjusting and modifying the existing plan.
5. Application for wall building.
6. Application to renew the license.
7. Application for licensing a new building.
8. Application for getting permission to use an installation (industrial ,commercial & agricultural plants).
9. Application for transforming the ownership of license.

License Requirements

1. Valid Quittance Certificate from Municipality attached to the application.
2. Valid Quittance Certificate from The department of property taxation.
3. A copy of the applicant's Personal I.D. Card.
4. Guided plan of site and a picture about the land on which the intended building would be established. The plan must be issued by a licensed surveyor and attached with an electronic copy (CD).
5. A document proving the relationship of the applicant to the land.
6. Engineering plans of the proposed building from accredited engineering office and endorsed by the Engineering Union, attached with a (CD) copy.
7. Agreement from neighbors on the proposed building.
8. In case of license renewal, a copy of the old building license must be attached.
9. A limitation of succession in case that the owner is deceased.
10. A letter from the authority requested agreement in the case that the application is a commercial, industrial or service installation.
