License Applications for crafts & industries

1. Application for renewing license (crafts & industries).
2. Application for closing a craft file (crafts & industries).
3. Application for licensing a new craft (crafts & industries).
4. Application for changing & adjusting a craft (crafts & industries).

License Requirements

1. A copy of the applicant's I.D. Card.
2. A certificate clarifies the relation of the applicant with property.
3. A primary agreement from Ministry of Health.
4. An agreement from the competent authorities according the type of craft.
5. Application renewed annually.
6. Declaring another appointment to receive the cancellation applications. The deadline is at the end of June. The applicant should bring the last license together with the building plan, signed by the One Stop Shop and by the Engineering Department.
7. In the case of cancelation, the craft will be only valid for the current year.
