1. Application for asphalting roads.
2. Application for patching and repairing weary and old streets.
3. Application for determining the level of streets.
4. Application for creating street banks.
5. Application for creating road bumps.
6. Application for paving an asphalt between the shoulder and the street.
7. An objection application and making adjustments on the proposed streets.
8. Application to remove the waste and infringement (transgression) on roads.
9. Application to open new roads.
10. Application to secure safety on roads.
11. Application to build retaining walls.

License Requirements

1. Valid Quittance Certificate from Municipality attached to the application.
2. Valid Quittance Certificate from The Department Taxation Department.
3. A copy of the Applicant's I.D. Card.
4. In the case of submitting the application from a judicial authority or company or organization, it is a must to attach a registration certificate and authorization.
5. Applicants must not be less than 10 beneficiaries in case of private roads.
6. Applicants must not be less than 5 beneficiaries in case of public roads.
7. A guide plan for the site and a survey map from a licensed surveyor.
8. A letter from the competent authority requested permission (from institutions).
9. A letter from the opposing party in case of objection of proposed roads.
